We hold the license, so the transfer happens here. Appointment only — call or text 480-692-1783 and we will get you scheduled.
No surprises at the counter. These are the numbers, and they are the same for everybody.
Short, plain, and applied evenly. Nothing here is a surprise to anyone who reads it.
Free for 14 days after we notify you it has arrived. $10 per week after that. Firearms unclaimed 90+ days may be treated as abandoned per written notice.
The transfer fee is still due — our work is done either way. Return shipping to the seller is billed at cost plus a $35 handling fee.
Two missed appointments without notice and we will ask for prepayment going forward. Life happens — a text is all it takes.
We refuse any transfer that appears unlawful, including obvious straw purchases. That decision is non-negotiable and shipping costs are not refunded.
Bought a gun online somewhere else? Have it shipped to us. We receive it, log it into our bound book, notify you, and hold it until your appointment.
$25 for the first firearm, $15 for each additional on the same appointment and 4473. Private-party transfers, whether both parties are here or the gun was shipped by an individual seller, are $30.
Anything you buy from us transfers at no charge — you are already here and we are already the dealer.
Contact us before your seller ships and we will send them our signed license along with the receiving address.
We are a Class 2 SOT — a licensed manufacturer of NFA items. Suppressors, SBRs, and Form 4 filings are all handled here, and Form 4 eForms assistance is included with every NFA transfer at no extra charge.
Buy it from us and the transfer is free. Bought elsewhere and shipped in, it is $75. Either way we take payment and the item goes into our NFA vault, where it legally stays until your stamp is approved. The federal tax stamp itself now costs nothing.
Fingerprints and passport photo taken at your appointment, Form 4 filed electronically the same day. No mailing cards to a lab, no third-party kiosk, no extra fee.
eForm approvals for individuals have been running roughly 30–90 days. We call you the day the stamp lands, you come in, sign the 4473, and take it home.
Selling a firearm privately is legal in Arizona and also a good way to end up on the wrong end of a problem. Let us handle it: we photograph it, list it on GunBroker, run the transfer legally, and pay you out.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter this site, 18+ to purchase long guns and ammunition, and 21+ to purchase handguns. By entering you confirm you meet these requirements and can legally possess firearms under federal and state law.
